Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor was recognized with the esteemed Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024, receiving the Best Supporting Actor award for his performance in Animal. Attending the event to accept the honor, Kapoor dedicated his win to all parents and children. "I simply wish to dedicate this award to every parent and child striving to do their best in every aspect of life. While we may not always comprehend each other, may the love within families endure," expressed the actor in his acceptance speech.

"Thank you for this award. I extend my gratitude to the entire team of Animal, including all the actors and director Sandeep Vanga Reddy. It was his conviction and passion that drove us forward. We all rallied behind his vision and collectively shaped Animal into what it has become," he expressed.

Taking to his social media platform, the actor conveyed his appreciation for this significant accomplishment. He penned, "The relationship between a father and son is never simple.
