"Bade Miyan Chote Miyan vs. Maidaan: Which Eid release will dominate the box office?"

The Eid releases, "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" and "Maidaan," have attracted considerable interest since their bookings opened on Saturday. However, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's movie has outperformed Ajay Devgn's film in ticket sales. As per industry tracker "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" has sold more than 9000 tickets, with around 3000 shows scheduled across India. On the other hand, "Maidaan" has sold over 6000 tickets, with plans for more than 2700 shows.

Consequently, a recent report from Bollywood Hungama indicates that both movies will now hit theaters on April 11th, with only paid previews slated for April 10th. Initially, both films were planned for release on April 10th, but the date was rescheduled due to Eid falling on Thursday, April 11th.

All screenings for "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan" and "Maidaan" will now commence from 6 pm on April 10th. Tickets booked for shows before this time will be refunded, with the Eid holiday on April 11th marking the official release day for both films.

"Maidaan," directed by Amit Sharma and produced by Zee Studios, has received certification without cuts from the Central Board of Film Certification, boasting a runtime of 3 hours and 1 minute. Meanwhile, "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan," helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment, has undergone minor modifications as per the CBFC’s directives, reducing its runtime to 2 hours and 35 minutes.
