Here's why Raha Kapoor is wealthier than many of us.

The most well-known toddler in Bollywood could possibly become the wealthiest infant in the Indian film industry.

Regular sightings of Raha Kapoor's family members, including actors Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor, in Bandra have sparked speculation. They are overseeing the final phases of construction on their forthcoming 'Krishna Raj' bungalow.

Amid mounting anticipation for the grand unveiling of their luxurious home, a recent report has fueled speculation. It suggests that Ranbir and Alia plan to register the property in the name of their daughter, Raha Kapoor, potentially positioning her as Bollywood's wealthiest baby. Notably, Raha recently celebrated her first birthday.

As per a source mentioned by Bollywood Life, both Ranbir and Alia are investing their resources into materializing their dream home. The property is expected to exceed a staggering value of Rs 250 crore upon completion. This opulent residence is set to rival iconic landmarks like Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa, solidifying its status as a symbol of opulence within Mumbai’s elite circles.

The source also disclosed Ranbir's deep affection for his daughter, Raha Kapoor, indicating that the bungalow will be named in her honor, securing her position as the heiress to Bollywood's most affluent lineage. Apart from the expansive estate, Ranbir and Alia purportedly possess four flats in the Bandra area, collectively valued at over 60 crore.

Expanding on the ownership details, the insider revealed that Neetu Kapoor, as a co-owner, inherits her late husband Rishi Kapoor's stake in the property, ensuring her financial security. Neetu's recent acquisition of a lavish residence worth 15 crores in Bandra further emphasizes her independent wealth.

Rumors are rife that upon the completion of the bungalow, the entire 'Kapoor Khandaan' will come together under one roof, fostering a strong sense of family unity and heritage.

Originally owned by the iconic actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Kapoor, the property has now been inherited by Ranbir, with construction steadily advancing over the past year. Recent sightings of Ranbir, Alia, and Neetu Kapoor supervising the final touches serve as evidence of their shared commitment to bringing this architectural masterpiece to fruition.
