In a recent interview with News 18 Showsha, Yami Gautam shares how those around her often express concern about her not getting enough sleep. "My mind is always active. People around me keep telling me to rest as much as possible now because once the baby arrives, I won't have the chance. But how can I manage to get so much sleep? There's only so much I can do!" the actress laughs.


Yami also reflects on feeling empowered and special during her pregnancy. She mentions how motherhood brings a unique sense of confidence and strength. "I've been independent and working all my life, and those aspects remain. But now, I feel exceptionally special. Something within me has shifted for the better. I've gained a different perspective on things," she adds.

Pregnancy can bring about emotional challenges for women due to hormonal fluctuations. Yami acknowledges the reality of feeling overly emotional during this time but emphasizes the importance of managing these emotions for the well-being of her child. "While my emotions may be heightened, I question whether that's beneficial for both me and my baby. I strive for happiness, maintaining a healthy diet, and surrounding myself with loved ones and those who bring comfort," she explains.
