Salman Khan is reportedly taking legal action against comedian Kunal Kamra

Salman Khan is considering the possibility of taking legal measures against stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra.

Recent reports indicate that Salman Khan is contemplating legal action against stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra for his jokes directed at the actor's image.

Despite the speculation, Kunal remains unapologetic about his comments. However, according to a report by Zoom, Salman has no plans to take legal action against Kunal for the derogatory remarks he made.

A close associate of Salman, speaking to Zoom, dismissed the idea of a defamation lawsuit, calling it mere gossip. The friend clarified, "If Salman sued everyone who insulted him, he would be constantly dealing with lawsuits. Over the years, Salman has accepted his controversial image. He knows that mentioning his name, especially in a negative way, attracts attention. So no, he is not suing Kunal Kamra."

Furthermore, the friend mentioned, "His father, Salim Khan, advises him (Salman) to overlook insults. Salim saab tells Salman that they are just a way of seeking attention."

Kunal Kamra's recent comedy routine included jokes aimed at Salman, a clip of which was shared online by self-proclaimed film critic Kamaal R Khan, also known as KRK.

Responding to KRK's assertion that Salman intended to take legal action against him, Kunal tweeted, "I am not a bird flying in the sky or a stationary footpath, and I don't apologize for jokes anymore..."

In the video, Kunal humorously critiqued Salman's involvement in controversies and his hosting roles in reality shows like Bigg Boss and Bigg Boss OTT, even impersonating the actor. Addressing the audience, he commented, "There was a time when comedians were afraid to joke about Salman Khan... everyone said don't joke about Salman. He can slap a woman, and we can't joke about him?"
