Suhana Khan has reportedly purchased farm land in Alibaug worth 12.91 crores


Suhana Khan who will shortly make her Bollywood debut, paid Rs 12.91 crore for a farm in Alibaug's Thal village. Surprisingly, Suhana Khan is referred to as an "agriculturist" in the registration forms.


According to the transaction recorded on June 1, 1.5 acres of agricultural property with 2,218 square feet of buildings on it have been bought. According to the registration records Suhana had paid a stamp duty of 77.46 lakh rupees. Three sisters, Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, who inherited the land from their parents, sold it to the buyer.


The property is listed under the name of Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, whose directors include Savita Chhibber, the mother-in-law of SRK, and Namita Chhibber, the sister-in-law of SRK. Alibaug town is 12 minutes away by car from Thal village. According to rumours, Shah Rukh Khan also has a seaside home in Thal with a helipad and a pool. At the bungalow, he had lavishly celebrated his 52nd birthday. Suhana, 23, signed her first brand endorsement contract with a major cosmetic company in April of this year. She will make her acting debut in the OTT film The Archies, which was directed by Zoya Akhtar.
