Now, it seems Sutapa Sikdar, Irrfan Khan's wife, has expressed her reservations about Animal.

Sutapa Sikdar calls Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal 'overrated’

During a recent iDiva interview, Sutapa Sikdar, wife of the late Irrfan Khan, and their son Babil Khan were asked about an "overrated show or film." While Babil claimed he hadn't seen recent content, Sutapa pointedly named the movie Animal.

The film, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, explores a turbulent father-son relationship and boasts a stellar cast including Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri, and was released in theaters on December 1.
